These terms cover the Cool Route marketing website and waitlist. Cool Route is HVAC-first field service software. It is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not create a paid subscription.

The site and the waitlist

You may browse this site and submit the waitlist form if you are an HVAC owner, operator, or other business contact who wants launch updates. Provide accurate contact information. Do not submit other people’s email addresses without permission.

Waitlist signup does not guarantee a launch date, pricing, feature set, or a slot in early access. We will email you when we have something useful to say.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to:

• Probe, scrape, or overload the service
• Submit malware, spam, or automated junk through the form
• Misrepresent who you are in a way that harms others

Intellectual property

The Cool Route name, logo, and site content belong to Cool Route. You may not copy the site as a competing product page or reuse our marks without permission.

No warranty

This site and waitlist are provided as-is for pre-launch communication. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on marketing copy before a paid product agreement exists.

How we handle waitlist data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product launches. The date at the top will change when we do.
